Cancellation and No-Show Policy

In the event that you cannot make your appointment, please log onto your account to change it or give us a call as soon as possible. No-shows or rescheduling or cancelling an appoinment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $30 cancellation fee per service appointment.

Credit Card Policy

We require a credit card to secure all appointments.

Booking

Cancellation fee is assessed per service appointment. Services booked incorrectly or with missing required services that result in us not being able to perform the service/s a cancellation fee will be charged unless canceled with more than 24 hours notice.

For multiple service bookings, the cancellation of any service with less than 24 hours notice will result in cancellation fee. For multiple guest bookings, in the event that one or more of your guests must cancel a service/s within 24 hours of the appointment for any reason, the card on file will be charged. if you need to cancel one or more services The person booking the appointment will be responsible for any guests that cancels within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to notify us with at least 24 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fee of any service.

Allergies

If you have any known skin allergies or medical conditions, we ask that you let management & the technician know upon your arrival so that we can ensure your safety.
